About The Speakers
Prof. Hild is head of the Institute of Polymer Science at the Johannes Kepler University, Institute of Polymer Science, Linz, Austria. Her research interests mainly focus on the influence of molecular structure, composition, thermal and mechanical history in the formation of µ-structures in synthetic and natural polymer-based materials.
Ute Schmidt is Applications Manager at Oxford Instruments WITec in Ulm, Germany. With her profound experience in Raman imaging and her applications and research background in Scanning Tunnelling and Atomic Force Microscopy she is specialist in correlative Raman microscopy solutions.
